Do I need a consultation before my first appointment?
Consultations are recommended if you want a quote ahead of time. Our pricing is not fixed — it depends on your individual hair situation. For standard cuts and simple color, you can book directly. For color corrections, extensions, or major changes, a consultation helps us give you an accurate estimate.
Do you accept walk-ins?

How much does a haircut cost?

How much does balayage cost?
Balayage starts at different price points depending on hair length, thickness, and the look you want. A consultation helps us give you an accurate estimate before we start.
Why don't you list exact prices on the website?
Every head of hair is different. A pixie cut and a waist-length layered cut require very different time and skill. We quote individually so you pay a fair price for your specific service, not a one-size-fits-all number.
Do you offer service packages or bundles?
We can bundle services like a cut and color or a balayage with a toner and treatment. Let your stylist know what you're after and they'll put together the best plan for your hair and budget.
Your First Visit
What should I expect on my first visit?
You'll meet your stylist, talk about your goals, and get started. Complimentary refreshments are available while you relax.
What should I bring to a color consultation?
Bring reference photos of the color or style you like. Let your stylist know your hair history, including any box dye, relaxers, or chemical treatments in the past year. This helps us plan the best approach.
How do I find you in Buckwalter Place?
We're in Suite 3P of the Buckwalter Place shopping center at 102 Buckwalter Pkwy. Look for us near the main entrance of the plaza. There's plenty of free parking directly in front.
Is parking free?
Yes. Buckwalter Place has a large free parking lot right outside our door. No meters, no garages, no hassle.
Hair Care
How do I maintain my color between visits?
Use sulfate-free shampoo, wash with cool water, and avoid excessive heat styling. A color-depositing conditioner can help extend vibrancy between appointments. Ask your stylist for product recommendations specific to your color.
Can I switch from box dye to salon color?
Yes, but it takes planning. Box dye deposits differently than professional color, so we may need a color correction service to transition cleanly. Book a consultation so we can assess your hair and map out the process.
How often should I get a trim?
Every 6 to 8 weeks for most hair types. If you're growing your hair out, every 10 to 12 weeks with regular conditioning treatments can help keep ends healthy without losing too much length.
Does salt water and sun damage color-treated hair?
Living in the Lowcountry means extra sun and salt exposure, both of which can fade color faster. Rinse your hair after swimming, use UV-protective products, and consider a leave-in conditioner during beach season.

Yes. Several of our team members, including Marcela, Jose, and Jenni, are fluent in Spanish. You're welcome to book and communicate in whichever language you prefer.

Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. Gift cards are available in any amount and can be purchased in the salon. They make a great gift for birthdays, holidays, or just because. Visit our gift cards page for details.
